25, raipur,NIT Raipur’s Aviation Club Celebrates National Space Day with Enthusiasm.The Aviation Club of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur celebrated National Space Day on 23rd August 2025 with great enthusiasm, commemorating India’s historic success with Chandrayaan-3 and its milestone achievement at the Moon’s South Pole. The event was organized under the guidance of Dr. N. V. Swamy Naidu, Faculty-in-Charge, Aviation Club.The celebration began with an insightful presentation on India’s remarkable journey in space exploration, which set the stage for a series of engaging and skill-building activities. Students actively participated in the Paper Plane Competition, Aerospace Quiz & Riddles, and the Extempore Challenge, showcasing their creativity, critical thinking, and technical knowledge.These activities not only created a vibrant and interactive learning environment but also reinforced the Aviation Club’s commitment to nurturing innovation, leadership, and scientific awareness among students.The event concluded with the announcement of winners, who were applauded for their outstanding performance, passion, and enthusiasm. The champions of the day were Quiz competition Ashwajit Dalal, Paper Plane Competition Bhavesh Verma and Extempore Challenge Nadipali Nandini.
