Raipur: Sarangarh Bilaigarh, 28 May 2023,A program was organized in the Chantipali (Lendhra) village of the Sarangarh development block of the district on the occasion of Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28. The Nodal Officer, Mr. Harishankar Chauhan, was the Chief Guest at the event. The aim of this program was to spread awareness among the public about the health of women and girls. Moreover, information about menstrual hygiene was provided to women and girls.

The Health Department organized a health camp where medical tests like haemoglobin, blood pressure, sugar, etc. were conducted along with the treatment of common diseases. The Tehsildar and the officers/employees of the Women and Child Development Department and the Health Department were present on the occasion.
